Lab testing
Blood work comes first. Depending on your history, that may include a thyroid panel, iron and ferritin, B12, vitamin D, fasting insulin and glucose, and hormones timed to your cycle.
I order a test when the result would change the plan.
I see men and women for hormone support, fertility and pregnancy, thyroid and metabolic health, and more. You can come in person to one of two Woodstock clinics, or meet by video from anywhere in Ontario.
Plans start with the foundations (food, sleep, stress and movement), then add testing, supplements or acupuncture where your history calls for them.

Protein and fibre targets you can hit at real meals, plus sleep, stress and exercise changes sized to your week.
This is where plans start, before testing or supplements.
Recommended when your labs or history point to a specific need, with the dose, timing and how long to take them.
Acupuncture can be added to an in-person appointment. It is used as part of care for period pain, stress and fertility support.
Fine needles are placed at specific points on the body.
Book online through the clinic you choose, or the virtual option. Bring recent lab results, a list of your medications and supplements, and any relevant reports.
We go through your main concerns, your health and cycle history, and the foundations: what you eat, how you sleep, stress and movement. I look at any labs you bring and explain which tests, if any, are worth doing next.
If testing is part of your plan, you leave with lab requisitions, and we go over the results together at your follow-up.
We go over results, adjust the plan and track what has changed. Some people notice changes after a couple of follow-ups, while others need appointments over several months. Every plan is individualized, and no particular outcome can be promised.
Naturopathic care can sit alongside your medications and your family doctor's care. If something is outside my scope, I'll direct you to your MD or NP and work alongside their care.
Prices are in Canadian dollars.
OHIP does not cover naturopathic visits. Many extended health plans do, often up to a yearly limit.
